- onion
- red bell pepper
- yellow bell pepper
- sliced water chestnuts
- salt
- pepper
- teriyaki sauce (lite)
Directions

1Place one boneless chicken breast on a square piece of aluminum foil.

2On top, place slices of onion, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and sliced water chestnuts.

3Pile it on because it will shrink as it cooks.

4Salt and pepper lightly.

5Sprinkle with teriyaki sauce and seal the aluminum foil.

6Place on preheated grill.

7Cook on low heat for 20 to 25 minutes.
