Grilled Chicken Taco

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 c. cooked, diced chicken
- 1 pkg. Azteca flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- black olives, tomato and green chilies (optional)
Directions

1In skillet, heat oil.

2Cook onion and garlic until tender. Add chicken.

3Heat 3 minutes.

4Remove from pan into bowl.

5Heat tortillas according to package. Divide chicken onto center of tortillas.

6Top with cheese and optional ingredients. Fold tortillas in half.

7Melt margarine in same skillet.

8Grill tacos on each side for 2 or 3 minutes or until cheese melts.

9Makes 8 to 10 tacos.
