  • 4 pork chops, fat trimmed (boneless)
  • 4 tsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 Tbsp. ground pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp. dried rosemary
  • 1/2 Tbsp. oregano (optional)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced

Directions

    Place chops in a Ziploc bag.

    Combine all ingredients.

    Mix and pour into bag over chops.

    Press out all air; seal bag.

    Let marinate 4 hours in refrigerator.

    Lift chops from bag and broil or barbecue.

    Brush with marinade occasionally.
