- 4 pork chops, fat trimmed (boneless)
- 4 tsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 Tbsp. ground pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp. dried rosemary
- 1/2 Tbsp. oregano (optional)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
Directions

1Place chops in a Ziploc bag.

2Combine all ingredients.

3Mix and pour into bag over chops.

4Press out all air; seal bag.

5Let marinate 4 hours in refrigerator.

6Lift chops from bag and broil or barbecue.

7Brush with marinade occasionally.

8Cook 4 to 6 minutes on each side.
