- 20 ears fresh corn
- 1/2 cup unsalted flavored or plain butter (see recipe), at room temperature
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions

1Preheat a charcoal grill.

2Pull back the corn husks and remove the silk.

3Spread the ears with the butter and re-cover the corn with the husks.

4Soak in water for 10 minutes.

5Grill until tender, turning from time to time, about 15 to 20 minutes.

6Remove the husks and season with salt and pepper.
