- 1 doz. ears corn
- salt and pepper
- butter

1Preheat your barbecue grill.

2Peel away outer husk, but do not remove.

3Remove silky threads and wrap outer husk back around the ear.

4Soak corn in water for 15 to 30 minutes.

5Place corn on grill for 15 to 20 minutes.

6Remove corn from grill; remove husk. Brush with butter and season with salt and pepper.

7Roll the husked, buttered corn on the grill for a minute or 2.

8Makes 6 servings, 2 ears each.
