- 8 ears corn
- 1/4 c. butter, melted

1Heat coals in grill to medium-hot.

2Place grill rack 4-inches above coals.

3Peel back husks but leave attached at base.

4Remove silk.

5Rinse corn, being sure to thoroughly moisten husks.

6Brush corn with melted butter.

7Pull husks back into place, completely covering kernels.

8Grill corn 15 to 18 minutes, turning occasionally.

9Serve immediately.
