1Being careful to keep the husks on, clean, trim and remove the silks from as many ears of corn as you will need.

2Straighten the husks.

3Place the corn in a bowl and cover with cold water. Let it soak for 2 hours.

4Take the corn out of the water and place over hot coals.

5Roast until the husks are brown.

6Husk and serve with salt, pepper and butter.
