- 2 or 3 ducks
- bacon
- 1 can consomme soup
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- Zesty Italian oil dressing
- 1 c. rice, uncooked
- 1 jar mushrooms
Directions

1Marinate duck breasts in Zesty Italian for approximately 6 hours.

2Rinse and wrap ducks with raw bacon, using a toothpick to hold in place.

3Grill.

4Serve with rice mixture:

5Mix uncooked rice with consomme, mushrooms and margarine and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
