Grilled Duck

Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 ducks
  • bacon
  • 1 can consomme soup
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • Zesty Italian oil dressing
  • 1 c. rice, uncooked
  • 1 jar mushrooms

Directions

    Marinate duck breasts in Zesty Italian for approximately 6 hours.

    Rinse and wrap ducks with raw bacon, using a toothpick to hold in place.

    Grill.

    Serve with rice mixture:

    Mix uncooked rice with consomme, mushrooms and margarine and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
