  • 6 slices Center-cut Bacon
  • 1/2 cups Onion, Chopped
  • 1 can (8 Oz. Can) Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls
  • 1-1/2 cup Egg Beaters
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese (mozzarella Or Cheddar)
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

    1. Preheat oven to 375°.

    2. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray.

    3. Fry bacon and set aside on paper towels to drain.
  4. 4
    4. Sautee onions in bacon grease.

    5. Squish the crescent rolls into muffin cups (I used the jumbo size muffin tin and used two rolls each-use one roll each for a regular size muffin tin), and poke a few holes in the bottom of each crescent roll crust.

    6. Chop up the bacon, put the bacon and onions in a bowl, and add Egg Beaters.

    7. Add salt and pepper, mix well and pour into the cups.

    8. Sprinkle cheese on top.

    9. Set the muffin pan on a sheet pan in case there is spillage.

    10. Bake for about 35 minutes or until set.

    11. Pop out of the muffin pans and place on a plate.
