- 4 thick lamb loin chops
- olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
Directions

1Pour enough olive oil in dish (big enough to hold chops) to cover bottom.

2Sprinkle rosemary, thyme and garlic evenly over oil. Place chops in dish and marinate overnight (or several hours), turning once.

3Chop are best grilled, but can be broiled.
