Grilled Peaches

  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Large Peaches

Directions

    Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla together.

    Quarter peaches and add to the brown sugar mixture. Stir until all the peaches are coated. Let the peaches sit for 10-15 minutes or until the juices have come out and the sugar mixture is syrupy.

    Place the peaches directly onto the grill (charcoal is best for that great smoky flavor!) Grill for 4-5 minutes (depending on the ripeness and size of your peaches and the hotness of your grill) until the sugar is caramelized and there are grill marks on your peaches.

    Turn peaches and grill for another 4-5 minutes or until the peaches are tender. These are great plain or with vanilla ice cream or over a piece of lightly grilled pound cake.
