Grilled Peaches

  • 2 peaches
  • 1 rosemary small bunch
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • blue cheese small portion

Directions

    Heat up a grill (preferably stove top Le Creuset grill)

    Once the grill is hot enough, pour some cooking oil ontop.

    Grill the peaches cut in half (with the seeds taken out), 4 minutes on each side.

    While the peaches are being grilled, pour the vinegar into a small pot and let it boil until its volume reduces by 1/3
  5. 5
    Serve the peaches and pour the vinegar on top of each one. Place 3-4 small pieces of bleu cheese on top of each peach.
