Grilled Peaches

- 2 peaches
- 1 rosemary small bunch
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- blue cheese small portion
Directions

1Heat up a grill (preferably stove top Le Creuset grill)

2Once the grill is hot enough, pour some cooking oil ontop.

3Grill the peaches cut in half (with the seeds taken out), 4 minutes on each side.

4While the peaches are being grilled, pour the vinegar into a small pot and let it boil until its volume reduces by 1/3

5Serve the peaches and pour the vinegar on top of each one. Place 3-4 small pieces of bleu cheese on top of each peach.
