  • 2 green peppers, seeded and cut lengthwise into thirds
  • 2 red peppers, seeded and cut lengthwise into thirds
  • 2 yellow peppers, seeded and cut lengthwise into thirds
  • 1/4 c. oil

    Place pepper pieces on metal skewers, alternating colors. Brush peppers with oil. Cook on grill for 10 minutes, turning frequently.
