- 4 red snapper fillets
- 1 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- Broil 'N Grill seasoning mix
- French's Chef Hans blackened fish seasoning mix
Directions

1Mix together butter, lemon juice and seasoning mix.

2Pour over fish and let marinate for 30 to 45 minutes, then grill over hot coals until done.

3Add mixture to fish while grilling.

4Serve with steamed vegetables or grilled vegetables wrapped in foil such as squash, broccoli, red bell pepper and cauliflower or zucchini.

5If grilling vegetables, put butter, salt and pepper on vegetables and wrap in foil; place on grill where coals aren't so hot.
