- 6 (8 oz.) salmon steaks
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- Spinach Pecan Pesto (recipe follows)
Directions

1Brush both sides of the salmon steaks with the olive oil. Sprinkle on the salt and pepper.

2Grill the salmon steaks with the flesh side down for 2 minutes.

3Turn the steaks over and spread on a thick layer of the Spinach Pecan Pesto.

4Grill fish for 2 to 4 minutes more, or until just done.

5Serves 6.
