  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz. each)
  • 12 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 14 cup white balsamic vinegar (or dark)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    Rinse fish and pat dry.

    Combine oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper in a small bowl; mix well.

    Spoon about 1 tablespoons oil and vinegar mixture over each fillet.

    Place fish on an oiled grill about 4 to 6 inches above medium coals.

    Cook, turning once, about 8 to 10 minutes or until fish reaches an internal temperature of 150F and flakes easily when tested with a fork.

    Drizzle with remaining oil and vinegar mixture.
