- 10 mint leaves
- 1 salmon fillet
- 1 butter stick
- 1 dash lemon pepper
Directions

1Place salmon fillet on a sheet of tin foil.

2Cut butter into chunks and place in salmon.

3Next sprinkle as little or as much as you want of lemon pepper.

4Place mint leaves all over the salmon.

5Form a pocket with your tin foil around the salmon.

6Place directly on the grill.

7Around ten minutes open the packet and check with fork to see if its done.

8Salmon should be flakey.

9And do not flip as all the butter will go out of the foil.

10Once the salmon flakes apart it is done.

11Time varies on how hot the grill is.
