- 2- 1/4 pounds Salmon
- 4 Tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Grape Seed Oil
Directions

1Season salmon with Old Bay, salt and pepper.

2Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

3Heat skillet with oil on stovetop over high heat.

4Add salmon flesh side down and cook for 2 minutes.

5Flip salmon over and cook in oven for 8 minutes.

6Remove from oven and let salmon rest for 2 minutes.
