  • 2- 1/4 pounds Salmon
  • 4 Tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Grape Seed Oil

Directions

    Season salmon with Old Bay, salt and pepper.

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

    Heat skillet with oil on stovetop over high heat.

    Add salmon flesh side down and cook for 2 minutes.

    Flip salmon over and cook in oven for 8 minutes.

    Remove from oven and let salmon rest for 2 minutes.
