- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. orange juice concentrate
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- garlic or onion (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. minced ginger root
- 4 salmon steaks
Directions

1For marinade, combine all ingredients except steaks.

2Pour mixture over salmon in a shallow glass baking dish.

3Refrigerate, covered, 30 to 60 minutes.

4Drain.

5Wrap steaks in foil that is lightly buttered.

6Cook 20 minutes (depending on thickness of steaks).
