Ingredients

  • 2 medium salmon filets
  • 1/2 packages spaghetti or linguine noodles
  • 1/2 packages grape tomatoes sliced in half (any tomatoes will work just slice them small)
  • 1 small bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 white onion sliced
  • 1 olive oil, extra virgin as needed
  • 1 to taste: garlic herb seasoning , paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder , garlic powder
  • 1 to taste : garlic herb seasoning, red pepper flakes, garlic powder , dried parsley flakes

    Season both sides of fish set a side

    Boil water for pasta cook according to package

    Add olive oil to heated pan cook salmon 5 to 7 minutes on both sides until fully cooked.

    In another pan add some olive oil and your chopped veggies and seasoning.

    Cook until all veggies are tender 5 to 7 minutes .

    Add enough oil to coat pasta

    Drain pasta rinse with cold water add to veggies toss until well mixed and warmed through.

    Serve pasta with salmon and enjoy..
