- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 1/2 lb. large fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.

2Pour marinade over shrimp; cover and let stand for 2 hours.

3Grill shrimp at least 6 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
