- 4 -5 large yellow squash
- 2 tablespoons garlic salt
- 1 12 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 1 12 cups butter
Directions

1Slice squash 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick.

2In a bowl add onion powder, garlic salt, cajun seasoning, and butter.

3Place in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes or until butter is melted.

4Preheat grill to 300 degrees.

5Place squash in butter mixture until coated.

6Place on grill and cook 45 minutes or until squash is tender.

7Use remaining butter sauce to coat squash until done.
