Grilled Stuffed Potatoes

  • 4 baking potatoes
  • 6 Hellmann''s Light Mayonnaise dollops*
  • 3 1/2 ounces grated cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives

Directions

    Pre-heat the oven to 190°C.

    Wash and prick the potatoes, thencook them in the microwave (900W) for around 10 minutes or until soft.
  3. 3
    Once cooked, cut them in half and spoon the inside out, carefully leaving the skin.

    Mash the potatoes with the mayonnaise, chives and the cheese. Spoon back into the potato skins.
  5. 5
    Place under a preheated grill and cook for 10 minutes until golden brown.
