Grilled Stuffed Tomatoes

- 4 small tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley, divided
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
Directions

1Cut thin slice from stem end of each tomato; remove pulp to form shallow cups.

2Remove seeds and chop tomato pulp.

3Combine with 2 tablespoons cheese, 1 tablespoons parsley and pepper.

4Fill tomato cups with mixture.

5Combine bread crumbs, remaining cheese and parsley.

6Spoon mixture evenly over filling.

7Place in disposable foil pan.

8Cover loosely with foil.

9Cook over medium coals 15 minutes or until heated through.
