  • 2 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 3 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
