Grilled Trout

Ingredients

  • 4 piece Trout Fillets or Whole Fish
  • 8 sprig Fresh Thyme
  • 4 sprig Fresh Rosemary
  • 4 sprig Fresh Marjoram or Oregano
  • 8, 12 slices Lime
  • 4 slices Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Extra-virgin Olive Oil (optional)

Directions

    Heat grill to 350-375 degrees. If using fillets, prepare fish grilling pan with cooking spray or EVO.

    Liberally salt/pepper inside of fillets or whole fish.

    Add your choice of fresh herbs to inside of fish or on top of two fillets - Thyme, Rosemary, Marjoram, Oregano, Dill

    Add slices of lime and onion to inside of fish or on top of two fillets

    If using fillets, top the herbed/lime fillets with the other fillets (skin up). Set on grilling pan.

    Grill fish until skin is crispy. About 5-10 min per side depending on thickness of fish.
