- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 cup (225 ml) flour (not self rising)
- 1 cup (225 ml) milk
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450 degrees (225 C.).

2Spray or really grease pop-over tins.

3Add flour, milk and salt to beaten eggs.

4Stir til smooth.

5Do not over mix.

6Fill tins 1/2 full.

7Bake at 450 degrees (225 C.) for 20 minutes.

8Reduce heat to 350 degrees (175 C.) and bake an additional 20 minutes.

9Will be a nice dark brown.

10Remove from tins immediatley and serve.
