- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 4 6 oz. tuna steaks
- vegetable cooking spray
Directions

1Combine soy sauce, maple syrup and horseradish in large ziploc bag.

2Add tuna steaks; turning tuna lay bag flat in refrigerator.

3Chill one hour turning bag once or twice.

4Remove tuna from marinade; cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Do not over cook.

5Be sure to spray grill rack with vegetable oil spray before cooking.
