- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
- 1/2 cup finely chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, divided
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions

1Immerse plank in water, placing weight on top of plank to keep it submerged.

3Beat cream cheese products with mixer until blended.

6Shape into ball; roll in remaining tomatoes, then parsley until evenly coated.

8Heat barbecue for indirect grilling: Light one side of barbecue, leaving other side unlit.

9Close lid; heat barbecue to 350 degrees F. Place cedar plank on barbecue grate over unlit area; top with cheese ball.
