Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 lb. sirloin
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1 (8 oz.) can sour cream
- 1 beef bouillon cube
Directions

1Cut sirloin in thin strips about 1/4-inch thick.

2Put in saucepan with just enough water to cover.

3Add 1 beef bouillon cube.

4Cook over heat until just done (about 10 minutes).

5Drain; set aside.

6Saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat. Stir in meat and brown.

7Stir in flour, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes.

8Stir in soup.

9Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream.

10Heat thoroughly.

11Serve over noodles.
