  • Potatoes, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • Baby carrots
  • Red onion, sliced thick
  • Fresh broccoli spears

Directions

    Spray foil with cooking spray. Layer vegetable in order listed above.

    Add 4 to 5 dabs of butter.

    Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle water over all.

    Fold foil, sealing lightly. Grill on medium heat for 30 to 45 minutes. Be careful of steam when opening.
