  • 1/2 cup imperial spread
  • 2 teaspoons loosely packed fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 cups vegetables assorted thickly sliced, onion, red or green bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, yellow squash or eggplant
  • 8 ounces penne or ziti pasta, cooked and drained

Directions

    Combine Imperial(R) Spread, herbs and garlic powder in small bowl. Toss 1/4 cup herb mixture with vegetables. Grill or broil vegetables until tender. Toss vegetables with hot penne and remaining herb mixture. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper and sprinkle, if desired, with grated Parmesan cheese.
