Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced frozen carrots
  • 1 small onion minced
  • 15 stick asparagus
  • 2 medium potatoes (diced, cubed, sliced)
  • 1 cup yellow squash (sliced)
  • 1 cup zucchini (sliced)
  • 2 stick celery
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 *** olive oil (can use veggie or canola) I used 2 TSP melted un salted butter
  • 1 *** salt, pepper, amd garlic powder to taste

Directions

    melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds.

    set aside to let cool a little.

    put all the veggies in a bowl.
  4. 4
    sprinkle with olive oil or the butter.
  5. 5
    add spices.

    sprinkle veggies with salt, pepper, garlic powder.

    add lemon juice also

    mix veggies by hand and put them on 2 layers of aluminium foil.

    fold foil to make a foil pouch.

    will take the veggies about 30 -35 minutes to cook.

    so if they are placed on the grill get your meat almost before putting on the veggies.

    I've also put them in the oven to cook.
