Grilled Venison Ribs(Serves 4)

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb. venison ribs
- 3/4 c. Wright's liquid smoke
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1 c. chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. hot sauce
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
Directions

1Combine ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, hot sauce and onion into bowl. Mix well.

2Refrigerate until needed. Cut ribs in half.

3Place into a stock pot, along with liquid smoke.

4Cover with water.

5Bring to a boil.

6Reduce heat to a simmer.

7Cook until tender (about 1 hour).

8Then place ribs over medium hot coals.

9Turn often until slightly brown.

10Brush both sides until sauce is gone (about 30 minutes).
