- 7 c. chicken broth
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. chili seasoning
- 1/2 c. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil chicken in seasoned water.

2When tender remove the bones and fat.

3Place in blender approximately 3 cups of the warm chicken broth.

4Add the chili seasoning, minced garlic, cocoa, peanut butter and flour, blending until smooth.

5Slowly add the flour mixture, stirring constantly to boiling chicken broth. Taste.

6If not to your liking, add some more chili powder.

7Now add the deboned chicken.

8Simmer for 15 minutes.
