Ingredients

  • 7 c. chicken broth
  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. chili seasoning
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil chicken in seasoned water.

    When tender remove the bones and fat.

    Place in blender approximately 3 cups of the warm chicken broth.

    Add the chili seasoning, minced garlic, cocoa, peanut butter and flour, blending until smooth.

    Slowly add the flour mixture, stirring constantly to boiling chicken broth. Taste.

    If not to your liking, add some more chili powder.

    Now add the deboned chicken.

    Simmer for 15 minutes.
