  • 4 c. salted water
  • milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 pkg. garlic cheese
  • 1 stick margarine

    Cook grits in salted water.

    Add milk to eggs to measure 1 cup liquid.

    Mix with grits.

    Add cheese and margarine.

    Pour into buttered casserole.

    Bake at 325° about 30 minutes.

    Top with 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese.
