- 1 c. grits
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 3/4 c. butter
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Cook the grits in 4 1/2 cups water 4 or 5 minutes. While hot, add the cheese, garlic salt and butter.

2Let cool. Add the eggs and milk.

3Dash red pepper on top.

4Pour in buttered casserole and sprinkle top with cracker crumbs.

5Cook at 350° until set, about 30 minutes.
