- 1/2 cups Cornmeal
- 1/2 cups White PAN Cornmeal
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Half-and-half
- 1-1/2 cup Water
- 2 Tablespoons Butter (or To Taste)
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Directions

1In a small bowl, stir both types of cornmeal, sugar, and salt.

2In a saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil the chicken broth, half-and-half, and water. Whisk in the cornmeal slowly. Continue whisking often over low heat for 20-30 minutes.

3Stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons butter, and season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
