  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 6 tomato chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cilantro chopped
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions

    Have a large salad bowl and lay out ground beef.

    Chop up onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and cucumber.

    Add to bowl.

    Squeeze limes into the bowl over ingredients and salt preferably to taste.

    Mix all together and refrigerate for 3 hours.
