  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, seasoned well
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (12 oz.) can whole corn, drained
  • 1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. pimento, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
  • 4 or 6 sticks celery, chopped
  • 1 small (6 oz.) bag cooked noodles
  • 1 c. crushed cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese or Velveeta (1 c.)
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
