  • 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 box yellow dry cake mix
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

    In a 9 x 13 dish, smooth cherry pie filling over the bottom. Then add pineapple over cherries. Sprinkle sugar over the pineapple. Smooth cake mix over the sugar. Pour melted butter over the cake mix. Then top with pecans. Bake at 350° about 45 minutes or until brown.
