  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large green pepper, cut in chunks
  • 1 large onion, cut in chunks
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 to 3 c. canned tomatoes

    Brown meat in pieces, then drain off fat.

    Add other ingredients and simmer until tender.

    Thicken with 2 tablespoons flour with cold water.
