- 1 small onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- oregano and some red pepper
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 1 can water
- 1 bay leaf
- 3/4 c. cooked rice
- bell pepper rings
Directions

1Brown ground meat with onion, salt and pepper to taste, oregano and some red pepper.

2Pour into dish with tomatoes, water and bay leaf.

3Mix with cooked rice.

4Push this mixture into top of bell pepper rings.

5Bake in 350° oven for approximately 45 minutes.
