- 2 large chickens
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 to 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 tsp. curry
Directions

1Cook chicken in salt, bouillon and pepper.

2Save broth.

3Melt butter and saute onion; add flour.

4Gradually add broth and stir until a soupy consistency.

5Add peanut butter and stir until smooth.

6(If too thick, add cold milk.)

7Season with curry; add chicken and heat.

8Serve over rice.
