- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) can Old El Paso tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 egg, slightly beaten and raw
Directions

1Mix both cheeses in 9-inch pie pan or glass pie plate.

2Pour tomatoes over top of cheese evenly.

3Beat egg in can of tomatoes to get remaining sauce out.

4Pour egg over top of mixture in pan evenly.

5Bake at 350° for approximately 20 minutes.

6Stir when removed.

7Serve hot with Fritos or dipping chips/crackers.
