- 2 cups bulgur wheat
- 2 cups chicken stock or 2 cups broth
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup grilled chicken (optional)
Directions

1warm chicken stock and add to bulgur wheat.

2add minced garlic and let soak for one hour.

3add all ingredients except avacado, toss gently and refrigerate for one hour to let flavors marry.

4when ready to serve, toss once again with a little olive oil, and add slices of fresh avacado.
