  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. asparagus spears, cooked
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • 2 green onions
  • 5 green chilies
  • 1 tsp. lite salt
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. grated Healthy Choice fat-free cheese

Directions

    Cook asparagus and drain.

    Dice tomatoes and chop green onions fine; add salt, green chilies, lemon juice and grated cheese.

    Add all to asparagus and mash together with your hands.
