Ingredients

  • 3 Soft avocados
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 green chili pepper (bell pepper) cook stem and peel and dice
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • Lemon juice from half a lemon or use commercial product, Stay-White (keeps guac from turning black) No Mayonnaise!!
  • Salt (add to taste)
  • White Pepper (add to taste)
  • Hot Pepper - add to taste
  • Garlic - add to taste

Directions

    Mash avocados until almost smooth (leave a few lumps).

    If the fruit is hard place it in paper bag for several days - if they are too soft, place in refrigerator.

    It will take some efforts to stay on top of this item.

    Mix all ingredients and store in refrigerator overnight to allow flavors to blend.
