  • 1- 1/2 whole Ripe Avocados, Peeled And Pitted
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Tomato, Diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Onion, Chopped
  • 1/2 whole Raw Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded And Diced
  • 1/4 teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 whole Lime

Directions

    Carefully remove the flesh from the avocados and place on a plate.

    Coarsely chop it up with a fork.

    It should be creamy with some chunks still in it.

    Add the tomatoes, cilantro, onion and jalapeno pepper.

    Sprinkle the kosher salt evenly over the top of the pile and add the lime juice.

    Gently stir everything together without mashing.

    Adjust the flavors, salt, lime according to taste.
