- 6 eggs
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. anise flavoring
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 c. margarine, melted
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- confectioners sugar
Directions

1Beat eggs, adding sugar gradually with mixer.

2Add cooled margarine, anise and vanilla.

3Sift flour and baking powder.

4Blend into egg mixture (note:

5dough is sticky).

6Heat pizzelle iron; drop by teaspoon.

7Cook for 45 seconds.

8When cool, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
